នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១៤:១៧នាទីរសៀលនេះ ក្រុមលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) រវាងយោធភូមិភាគទី៣ ភាគីកម្ពុជា និងបញ្ជាការការពារព្រំដែនចន្ទបុរី-ត្រាត ភាគីថៃ បានជួបប្រជុំគ្នានៅច្រកអន្តរជាតិចាំយាម-ហាតលឹក ស្រុកមណ្ឌលសីម៉ា ខេត្តកោះកុង ក្រោមការសង្កេតការណ៍ពីក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) របស់កម្ពុជា និងថៃផងដែរ។ ក្រុមលេខាធិការរបស់កម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ទោ មុំ សាម៉ឺឌី មេបញ្ជាការរង យោធភូមិភាគទី៣ និងក្រុមលេខាធិការរបស់ថៃ ដឹកនាំដោយ វរនាវីឯក ឧត្តម គុនសិរិប៉ាន់យ៉ោ នាយសេនាធិការ បញ្ជាការការពារព្រំដែនចន្ទបុរី-ត្រាត។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, the Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public, both domestic and international media outlets, of the following:
On the afternoon of February 4, 2026 at 2:17pm, the Secretariat of the Regional Border Committee (RBC) Cambodia–Thailand, between Military Region 3 of the Cambodian side and Chanthaburi-Trat Border Defense Command of the Thai side, held a meeting at the Cham Yeam-Hat Lek International Point of Entry, Mondol Seima District, Koh Kong Province under the observation of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) of Cambodia and Thailand. The Cambodian delegation was led by Major General Mom Samedy, Chief of the RBC Secretariat (Cambodia), while the Thai delegation led by Captain Kittiphon Kunsiripanyo, Chief of the RBC Secretariat (Thailand).
Please note that as both parties have yet to reached common ground, both parties agreed to return to their respective headquarters to continue exchanging documents and negotiating until a consensus is reached. This will be followed by a formal signing ceremony and a meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Military Region Border Committee (RBC), between the 3rd Military Region of Cambodia and the Chanthaburi-Trat Border Defense Command of Thailand.
This special RBC meeting was conducted in the spirit of the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the General Border Committee (GBC), held on December 27, 2025. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to fully implementing the results of that meeting, while continuing efforts to reduce border tensions and seeking practical cooperation to promote regional peace, stability, and a swift return to normalcy.
